About Our Program
In operation since 1997, St. Elizabeth ECDC is one of the most established early childhood centers in Pflugerville. The program offers a hands on approach for children ages 2-5 to develop social, emotional, early math and language skills while creating friendships, learning about God and the world around them. Classes meet from 9:00am-1:20pm with 2 day, 3 day & 4 day a week options depending on your child’s age.
Our Mission
St. Elizabeth Early Childhood Development Center (ECDC) is committed to providing quality care in a safe, loving, Catholic-Christian environment, allowing caregivers an opportunity to take time out, thereby building stronger families. We will work together to develop positive structure and support for children in a Christ-centered way.
Philosophy
Our program’s educational philosophy stems from the belief that all children should be able to grow through accomplishment and with a strong sense of self-worth; therefore, we believe children learn best through play.
We offer a hands-on approach for children to learn about God and the world around them. We strive to provide an environment which encourages this, while recognizing individuality within your child.
The children are taught respect for others as well as themselves, for it is through self-respect that children are able to grow. We make every effort to give children a strong foundation for learning – one that will stay with them throughout their lifetime.
